Potluck, Show-and-Tell, & Gift Swap

Our December potluck is just around the corner. It starts at 7 p.m. and let’s hope that many of you will attend. The food, brought by members, is always tasty and varied, and amazingly, we don’t end up with all desserts or all salads, but rather something for everyone. Don’t forget to bring your own place setting, since no paper plates, cups, or plastic ware are provided. (If you choose to bring a soup or stew to share, you may want to bring some bowls for people to use, as most don’t include that in their place setting.)
The holiday gift swap is fun! Bring a wrapped, unlabeled present. (A value of $12 to $15 is suggested.)
Also please remember to wear something you’ve made to “show off.” Most of us probably have a stash of yarn—handspun or not—and it’s always inspiring to see other people’s creations!
