Ethnic Textiles – An exploration of members’
collections
At our January meeting, we will see and learn about
some ethnic textiles from various members’ collections, including the extensive
collection of Eva Fridman. This is a group exploration, so please bring any
ethnic handspun, handwoven or hand-dyed objects you may have, to share with the
group. We would also love to see any books on ethnic textiles you may have
collected.
In addition, the next part of our BASD challenge
will take place. If you participated in October, please bring the fiber you
have spun back in a non-see-through bag with the number clearly written on the
outside.
As always, visitors and new members are welcome.
